Employees in Mexico get six paid vacation days after a year with the company. Paid vacation days increase by two days each year. After five years, when vacation reaches 14 days, each five subsequent years the employee will get two additional years.
There are seven to eight national paid holidays in Mexico. They are as follows;
Pregnant employees in Mexico get paid maternity leave for 42 days before and after birth. If the child has a disability or requires extra care, then the paid leave can be extended by two weeks.
